For users in the EU/EEA, Rokibot processes data as a Controller. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. We process mapping data based on the necessity of performing our contract with you to provide mowing services.
Residents of California and other US states have specific rights regarding their data. Rokibot does not sell your personal information. You have the right to request disclosure of data collected and to request deletion of your account.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas data recipients (such as cloud storage providers) comply with similar privacy standards.
We use your data primarily to ensure the safety, efficiency, and security of your robotic mower. All data transmitted between the mower, the App, and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Data at rest is secured with AES-256 encryption.
Mapping data and diagnostic logs are stored as long as your account remains active. Upon request for account deletion, all identifiable mapping and location data will be permanently purged within 30 days, unless required for legal obligations.
